Job Summary The Customer Services team is the backbone of the company serving as the first responders and, ultimately, the face of the organization.
Consisting of several different roles across Analytics, Customer Service, and Technology, we are looking for an individual who is capable of working with complex systems, building customer relationships, and finding innovative ways to solve problems.
Qualifications:
Must have Inbound/ Outbound call experience, 3
years Self-starter spirit who takes initiative Organized & Detail Oriented Familiar with working with Salesforce or other CRM systems Team player attitude Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Background in Customer Service Available to work 8 hour shift between 8:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM MST Monday - Friday.

Provide excellent customer service during each call with customers Contribute towards successful achievement of customer service KPI's (i.
