This team helps ensure excellent service is provided to Cheddar Up users primarily via email and live chat (with some phone interaction if desired).
Tier-one support involves solving more basic user requests and inquiries.
This role involves learning from other customer success specialists and team leads and learning and interacting with key support platforms to help solve user requests and inquiries.
This role could quickly expand into a Tier-two support role, with the possibility for more than part-time if it's a good fit.

com/about-cheddar-up/ Responsibilities Respond to tier-one email requests and live chat inquiries from Cheddar Up users with the goal of delivering a white glove, delightful experience Increase user retention by solving problems and offering solutions to user inquiries in a timely manner Must be FRIENDLYprofessional, user-first-oriented, and committed to creating long-term relationships with users Maintain customer loyalty by communicating with users with empathy, integrity and accountability Escalate issues that require a tier-two level of support to the appropriate team members Organized, detail-oriented and capable of meeting daily goals and objectives Strong written, grammar, and verbal communication skills Ability to perform well independently, multi-task, and liaise with other team members Willingness to invest time to learn the Cheddar Up platforms to better serve and respond to user inquiries Requirements Bachelor's degree and minimum one year related work experience preferred Comfortable with computers, email platforms and other basic software tools (Microsoft office, Google applications, etc.
) Experience using Zendesk or other customer support platform a plus Openness to use and learn new collaboration tools (e.
g.
, Slack, Monday.
com, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
