We are looking to add a skilled maintenance technician to our team at Lambertson Farms Apartment Homes located in Thornton, Colorado.

What you will do Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly Complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets Turn vacant apartments Maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness Maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop Respond to after-hour calls and emergencies Perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned PId238040888db-25448-33309024 Recommended Skills Furnishing Maintenance Work Orders Medical Emergency Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
