Carry out scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance tasks using proven methods Provide mechanical support to all departments throughout the park property Operate and drive utility vehicle from warehouse to park property, transporting personnel, materials and equipmentWhat we offer you:

Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years of proven maintenance experience preferred Certificate in HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology or relevant field is a plus; Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus Have a basic understanding of electrical, hydronic and other systems; have general knowledge of maintenance processes and methods Have a working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices; having sheetrock, paint, tile and wall paper experience is desirable.
