Services are performed in an open setting versus in private treatment rooms.
Professional Objective:
The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out all front desk duties while delivering quality customer care.
The objective is to deliver a lasting positive guest impression leading to an exceptional guest experience and high retention rates.
Each person within this department must oversee the reception area to maintain the spa retail space to assure a beautiful presentation and profitability, and to maximize and achieve department and individual revenue targets.
Position Activities and
Responsibilities:
Greets caller with great phone etiquette Welcomes guests and graciously checks them in and out Efficient at scheduling appointments and convert new callers into scheduled appointments Familiar and knowledgeable with spa retail inventory as well as services offered Assists with merchandising and maintaining a clean and presentable retail area Promotes spa treatments, gift cards, boutique items, monthly promotions, and spa packages Maintains a professional work environment and beautiful reception area Assists other support team members when asked Performs opening, closing duties, and weekly cleaning duties Monitors performance and achieves targets Comfortable to ask for social media support and Google reviews Employee Perks:
