PI Litigation Paralegal
A mid-sized law firm is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their team out of their Denver, CO officeMUST be able to work fully in-office in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities:
Manage plaintiff PI cases from inception through trial/settlementFULLY in-officeE-filing in state (CO) and federal courtsTrial notebooks, communicating with clients, drafting motionsCalendaring, schedulingDiscoveryInitial disclosure, redaction/review of medical records
Qualifications:
