The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer in the Denver area to find a Maintenance Supervisor for their team.
The right candidate needs to have a drive to lead people along with previous maintenance technical expertise.
This job will have the following
Responsibilities:
Oversee the assigned production lines and process including maintenance technicians, equipment, and overall process Manage a portion of the building and grounds assignments Maintain the preventative maintenance program including work orders assignment, scheduling, and making sure all orders meet deadlines for production Daily report outs to the Maintenance Manager on equipment breakdown and successes Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees Constantly look for ways to improve the process, equipment, and training for employees Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred 3
years of maintenance experience in food, packaging, or consumer goods industries Maintenance Supervisory or Management experience required Contact:
