$300 after 6 months, and $700 after 1 year of employment Your Day-to-Day Will Include Maintaining and improving the landscapes around our apartment communities, making sure that the place in question always looks its best.
Keep our interior and exterior common areas in tidy and clean condition on a daily basis, as well as perform additional seasonal cleaning tasks.
This will include picking up and removing trash and debris from the property and disposing of it appropriately on a daily basis.
Sweep around all dumpster areas 2-3 times per week or as needed Remove weeds and prune bushes as trained Help with snow removal (6 am Mon-Fri; 7 am on Sat/Sun when needed).
The health and safety of employees and guests alike are in your hands.
Helps distribute resident communications to our residents, such as letters, demands, etc.

Lives within a 10-mile radius of Warren Ave and Sheridan Blvd, Denver Must have reliable transportation to be able to arrive on time for their daily work schedule and earlier when snow removal is needed Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver's License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
