$300 after 6 months, and $700 after 1 year of employment Your Day-to-Day Will Include Maintaining and improving the landscapes around our apartment communities, making sure that the place in question always looks its best.
Keep our interior and exterior common areas in tidy and clean condition on a daily basis, as well as perform additional seasonal cleaning tasks.
This will include picking up and removing trash and debris from the property and disposing of it appropriately on a daily basis.
Sweep around all dumpster areas 2-3 times per week or as needed Remove weeds and prune bushes as trained Help with snow removal (6 am Mon-Fri; 7 am on Sat/Sun when needed).
The health and safety of employees and guests alike are in your hands.
Helps distribute resident communications to our residents, such as letters, demands, etc.

when needed Perform light maintenance tasks and train into a Maintenance Technician position, if interested Performs additional duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager Pre-employment Drug Screening:
