1 its for Implementation partner - Mandatory Skills, Experience and Requirements We need more than 15
Years candidates who must be extremely strong in Development experience.
Must have - ITSM, CMDB, ITOM Telecom domain exp is needed A Service Management (assurance) Consultant/Architect who can guide the customer throughout their Servicenow journey.
Understand the customer need and provide the right guidance and define a roadmap for customer.
Should be well versed with all the areas of ServiceNow with respect to Telecom and ITSM but not limited to TSM, TSOM, CSM, FSM, CMDB.
Well versed with CMDB with Telecom Inventory Management knowledge.
At least two mainline valid ServiceNow Certifications Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow integration Candidate should have working knowledge of ServiceNow platform for major modules like TSOM, TSM, ITSM, CMDB and Custom Scoped Applications.
Candidate should have experience working in Telecommunication domain and implementation of ServiceNow in Telecommunication domain.
Custom applications development Building sustainable CMDB with ServiceNow Discovery or other discovery tools Building Service Catalog with Service Portal and fulfilment automation Integrating ServiceNow with cloud service providers' platforms Configure and customize ServiceNow platform in all of the following modules:
Service Catalog Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Knowledge CMDB - - ServiceNow Architect (Dayone Onsite role) Recommended Skills Automation Service Management Servicenow Stock Control Telecommunications Configuration Management Databases Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
