Are you a talented and detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning and marketing in the financial services industry? We are seeking a driven and creative Financial Services Event and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This role presents a unique opportunity to plan and execute exceptional events while implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence within the financial services sector.
Candidate will be based in Denver, Colorado.
SALARY/BENEFITS PACKAGE:
Compensation range:
Compensation range of $47,000 to $53,000 per year (approx.
$23-26/hour).
Dependent on Experience and Skills Competitive benefits package including 100% employer paid health, dental and vision insurance.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for financial services-related events, including seminars, workshops, webinars, client appreciation events, and conferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event objectives with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
Implement marketing campaigns to promote financial events and engage target audiences, utilizing digital marketing, social media, email, and other relevant channels.
Monitor event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness in event planning.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and onsite coordination.
Create engaging event content, including event descriptions, promotional materials, and educational resources for attendees.
Manage event registrations, ticketing, and attendee communications to deliver a seamless event experience.
Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on event performance and marketing ROI.
Stay up-to-date with financial industry trends, compliance requirements, and marketing best practices to drive innovative event experiences and marketing strategies.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven track record in event planning and marketing Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS:
Familiarity with financial industry compliance requirements for event promotions.
Previous experience in financial event compliance and adherence to industry regulations (e.
g.
, SEC, FINRA) is a plus.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering impactful event experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently with minimal supervision.
