Team Manager/Mentor for Adults with IDD

We're looking for a new team member to join us at Ability Specialists! Our team members mentor and support our employment and volunteer groups as well as provide mentorship during evening social groups.
When you join our growing community-based program, you will be empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to build lives for themselves that include social and vocational skills.
During the day, you will be accompanying our participants in small groups of 6-8 to job and volunteer sites; providing guidance, support and mentorship while also giving back to the community.
Also, 1-2 evenings per week (until 7:
30 pm), you will take social groups into the community for fun activities such as bowling, swimming, mini golf, batting cages, museums, and more! If you are empathetic, outgoing, responsible, and communicative you are the right fit for this job.
