Denver, CO Denver, CO Full-time Full-time $19 - $20 an hour $19 - $20 an hour 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Field Service Coordinator will ensure service compliance with our client's contract terms for an assigned territory of approximately 20-40 apartment communities.
The Field Service Coordinator will field-monitor completed work at our client locations to verify service work has been completed on time, verify compliance with our client's contract terms and provide status updates.
The Field Service Coordinator is empowered to provide advice on process improvements to the Company and/or independent contractor placement.
This is an essential role in the field service operation with a direct impact on client satisfaction.
Hourly Pay Range:
$19-$21/hour The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set.
As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Responsible for working with 20-40 properties at a time to ensure our delivered services comply with customer requirements and expectations Perform daily visits to work locations to verify job status Communicate with and follow-up with properties regarding job details to ensure client satisfaction Keep detailed records of site visits to ensure consistency and accountability Support process improvements by providing recommendations to streamline service processes in ways that heighten quality standards and ensure consistency Work with independent contractors to schedule necessary repairs or touch-ups.
Provide client specifications and standard expectations to our independent contractors Communicate with management any escalated issues or potential service issues Responsible for correcting unsafe conditions in service areas and reporting any conditions that are not correctable to management immediately Assist the Field Service Managers with any daily problems within assigned communities Performs other duties, as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Quality Assurance Technical Certificate preferred Bilingual (English / Spanish) required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to operate company vehicle in a manner consistent with local and state rules and regulations and company policy Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to walk distance of our client properties, including up/downstairs, bend at waist and/or knees and lift arms at/over shoulder Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to hot and cold temperatures SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Valid driver license and good driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Flexibility to be available during irregular hours depending on business needs Job Type:
