Maintenance Technician Reports to:
Head of PM Department Breakdown of week ? 30-35 hours per week on billable hours and drive-time ? 3-5 hours a week meetings and other internal functions ? 1-2 hours a week on email and general admin Primary Focus:
In this position, your primary focus will be ensuring the homes we manage maintain their excellent condition and functionality.
Your key responsibilities will involve conducting quality assessments, scheduling and completing repairs, managing unit turns, and establishing preventative maintenance protocols.
A strong understanding of maintenance procedures, hydraulic and electric systems, as well as proficiency with basic tools and appliances, will be of utmost importance in this role.
