As the Americas Creative Director for TNF Brand Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to drive and enable our creative marketing strategy for the North American market, specifically driving our North American brand and direct-to-consumer (DTC) efforts and supporting wholesale and specialty partners.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the brand and commercial channels to support a wide range of business priorities, seasonal brand/product campaigns, and deliver an exceptional TNF Brand experience for North American consumers.
This position reports to the VP, Americas Marketing.

Creative Director, America's Brand Marketing How You Will Make a DifferenceWhat you will do:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams and North American brand / DTC business partners to establish campaign creative strategies, direction, and content development that brings our Creative Vision to life.
Drive alignment with key channel partners across DTC and wholesale on best practices in campaign creative, product marketing, and seasonal marketing storytelling specific to the North American market.
Utilize your expertise in the brand creative space to enable testing, data analysis, and continuously improve team resources and output, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
Take ownership of and drive high-output (best-in-class) global and region specific creative direction and execution strategies for the North American market.
This includes working closely with global and region specific partners to ensure consistency in brand messaging, while leveraging your expertise in local market nuances to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Amplify global campaigns by extending global narratives with locally relevant insights.
Lead the development and execution of Americas specific seasonal brand campaigns and year-round creative needs, while celebrating our brand's innovation, rich outdoor heritage, and authentic connection with the world of exploration.
Be a true product expert, crafting holistic, product-driven narratives that showcase our Athlete Tested Expedition Proven innovations and related offerings, empowering North American explorers to pursue their passions in the outdoors.
This includes curating elevated seasonal product collections and embracing emerging technologies that define our brand in the North American outdoor space.
Effectively communicate complex information and persuade diverse stakeholders and audiences across multiple channels within the North American market.
Own and drive cross-functional alignment on key campaign launch moments and seasonal business priorities specific to the North American market.
Own and drive the creative execution strategy by collaborating confidently with Global Brand Marketing, Brand Ops/PMs, regional partners, Digital Marketing, and other relevant business departments specific to the North American market.
Establish and maintain an ongoing creative partnership with Global and regional channel partners to maximize the long-term potential of seasonal content and ensure a consistent voice and tone across multiple categories within North America.
Own and drive the implementation of global tools in support of DTC Digital Content and Experience teams in North America, ensuring consistency in voice and tone.
Drive cross-functional efficiencies and optimize internal and external resources to foster effective brand marketing engagement within the North American market.
Collaborate with the Paid Media team to develop and execute impactful paid media creative strategies that drive customer engagement and brand awareness in the North American market.
Foster team capabilities and individual talent through formal development opportunities and clear roadmaps for success.
Lead a high-output (best-in-class) creative team, fostering a collaborative and engaging environment that emphasizes meeting expectations, maintaining quality standards, encouraging creative exploration, innovation, and continuous learning through timely and effective feedback.
Lead the optimization efforts of the Brand Creative department within North America, ensuring efficiency, project prioritization, and effective talent utilization.
Inspire and motivate the Brand Creative team to create work that solidifies The North Face's position as leaders in the North American outdoor space.
Develop and inspire your direct reports, focusing on their career development and increasing their ability to have a greater impact and influence within the TNF community.

00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
