Position Summary We are seeking a Business Solutions Analyst or Junior/Entry Level Business Solutions Analyst to join our team.
Job level will be based on experience and alignment with described Job Requirements.
This role serves as a liaison between the business and IT to solve business issues and opportunities with technology.
This position will support front-end office processes (for example:
construction, warranty, and integrations).
(The title of the position will be determined at the time of candidate selection based on candidate skill-set and experience)Responsibilities Customer Interface and Customer Liaison (consult, research, propose solution options) Analytical Troubleshooting Business Process Documentation, Design and Process Reengineering Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs Aiding with test scripts for user testing Contribute to defining and documenting IT process and procedures Track changes through SDLC process Work with stakeholders to prioritize collected requirements and implement the appropriate solutions to their problems.
Requirements For Business Solutions Analyst:
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors Degree Minimum of 4 years working in IT, 2 years in a customer-facing role, 2 or more years managing complex technology projects.
Preferred:
Homebuilding industry experience, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, or Hyphen BuildPro For Junior/Entry Level Business Solutions Analyst:
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors Degree 0 - 4 years working in IT, Good organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal skills, Problem solving and analytical skills, Strong team player, Ability to understand business processes and adapt.
Preferred:
Experience with ERP or Project Management.
