Customer Experience Specialist (1st shift) Denver

As a CXR you are responsible for monitoring the daily sales inquiries and providing great customer service to our new and existing customers by growing the transactional orders.

Processes customer orders, makes sales calls and works to establish relationships with customersBuild territory/account approach and monitor resourcesIdentifies problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisionsPrioritizes concurrent customer's demands and provides satisfactory service to allBalances concurrent requests for assistance from internal and external customers for customer service issuesTasks must be completed with speed and accuracy All other duties as assigned or duties responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice Recommended Skills Customer Service Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
