Job Description Summary Execute cross-functional marketing campaigns to support the sale of company products and services supporting our mutual funds channel.
Job Description Responsibilities Work with the channel marketing team in the creation of key Mutual Fund content including Factsheets, Pitchbooks, Asset class concepts, and industry specific thought leadership.
Manage projects from start to finish with a focus on hitting key milestones.
Lead the execution of Mutual Fund marketing projects to drive growth strategies for key partners.
Partner with Sales and Product stakeholders to develop new content related to Transamerica Mutual Funds and capital markets concepts.
Perform campaign analytics reporting and review; help create plans based on learnings, and translate into actionable plans; evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Provide ongoing support for the marketing collateral suite including quarterly and annual update cycles.
Report on productivity, priorities, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; identify and recommend new processes and workflows as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.
Serve as an internal escalation point for Fund collateral related issues.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience Eight years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms Creative thinker Excellent communication and relationship building skills Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Thorough understanding of the creative process for developing content.
Detail oriented and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront Great attitude and a team player.
Experience with change management Financial services industry experience, preferably in Mutual Funds or Asset Management sectors.
Working Conditions Hybrid/Remote environment Compensation Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws.
It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $85K-105K.
This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs.
Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 12.
5% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.
