As the Event Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and marketing Redaptive's participation at conferences, trade shows, and other customer and partner events.
You will have the opportunity to build and improve our event marketing program, showcasing our innovative energy efficiency solutions and driving brand awareness in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of event planning experience and execute successful marketing initiatives.

Committed to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Job Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with Redaptive's goals and objectives.
Research, identify, and evaluate relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and events for Redaptive's participation.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, booth setup, shipping, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination.
Develop compelling event messaging and marketing materials, including booth displays, signage, brochures, and promotional items.
Implement pre-event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and generate leads, utilizing various channels such as email, social media, and targeted advertising.
Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align event strategies with lead generation and pipeline goals.
Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of event marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct post-event evaluations, including ROI analysis and attendee feedback, to optimize future event strategies and enhance overall effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event marketing opportunities to ensure Redaptive maintains a competitive edge.
Job Requirements/Qualifications 2-3 years of proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in the B2B or technology industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business preferred, or a related field.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for event marketing materials.
Proficient in using project management software, CRM platforms, and HubSpot.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative event concepts and promotional ideas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret event metrics to drive data-based decisions.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required for event setup, execution, and tear-down.
Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
