QA Automation Engineer Lead Location:
Denver, CO Design and Develop Test Automation Framework:
Lead the design and development of robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify test cases suitable for automation.
Implement best practices for test automation, ensuring efficiency and maintainability.
Automation Test Strategy and Planning:
Define the automation test strategy, including tools, technologies, and frameworks.
Create detailed test plans, estimating effort and resources required for automation.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
Test Script Development and Execution:
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-leading automation tools.
Perform end-to-end testing of complex software systems to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Monitor and analyze test results, reporting issues and defects to the development team.
Test Environment Management:
Coordinate with the DevOps team to set up and manage test environments required for automation testing.
Ensure the availability of appropriate test data and configurations for effective test execution.
Test Reporting and Documentation:
Generate comprehensive test reports, providing insights into the test coverage and results.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test data, and test scripts for future reference.
Quality Assurance and Best Practices:
Promote and enforce quality assurance best practices within the QA team.
Participate in code reviews, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
