WHO WERE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a marketing professional for a commercial real estate firm.
In addition to being detail-oriented, this person should be able to adapt quickly and complete assignments in a timely manner.
The daily routine for this role will include collaborating with sales advisors and Blueprints analytics team to create best-in-class offering materials, meaning this candidate will need to work well in a team environment and be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen.
As a Senior Marketing Associate, youll have the opportunity to own projects and bring your ideas to the table, so this person must also be creative, motivated and a self-starter.
WHAT YOULL DO Collaborate with sales advisors and analysts to create offering materials Participate in brainstorming and/or kickoff meetings Presentation Design Translate complex data into easy-to-understand visuals Improve visual appearance and brand consistency Design new presentations and slides and enhance existing slides Create new layouts and graphics as needed ROLE REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of marketing experience Experience in commercial real estate Experience working on offering memorandums, pitch decks, or other market-facing offering materials Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Experience working in Excel Expert in PowerPoint and presentation design Strong eye for design, typography, and hierarchy Self-starter attitude Organized and strong attention to detail Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment Located in the Denver/Boulder area Must have portfolio PLEASE SHARE WORK SAMPLES OF OFFERING MATERIALS OR PITCH DECKS WITH YOUR APPLICATION Company Description Blueprint is a unique real estate advisory firm focused on seniors housing & care, medical office, capital markets, and behavioral healthcare.
