Sales Associate/Budtender:
Budtenders are responsible for driving sales and improving the customer and patient experience by providing current, accurate cannabis education and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized store.
Individuals must perform with an outstanding level of customer service and be able to adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the Store Manager and the owners.
Individuals must prioritize compliance at all times and be able to facilitate patient transactions in an efficient manner.

Maintain a safe, sanitary, clean, and well-organized workspace and facility.
Ensure the facility is properly stocked with products and merchandise.
Maintain outstanding customer service and compassionate care including greeting all customers and patients with a warm and friendly smile.
Maintain a proper inventory account and account for inventory properly in the POS and other inventory/waste tracking documents.
Ability to take on receptionist duties, including but not limited to; answering phones and answering customer and patient questions, handling visitors, and notifying the Store Manager when orders arrive.
Management of patient records and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Knowledge and enforcement of building security and ability to act accordingly in various types of emergency situations.
Ability to deal with and resolve problems in a professional manner.
Ability to work well with a team Ability to multitask All other duties as assigned.
