) You would work 36 hours per week:
Mon-Tues-Thu-Fri 8am - 5pm Wednesday 8am - noon Weekends OFF The daily task for this position include (but not limited to):
Answering telephone to set appointments Getting insurance authorizations for patients Billing the insurance companies once treatment has been completed Filing and patient record handling Ordering patient's contact lenses from supplier, receiving of patient eyewear jobs and notifying the patients when their items are ready for dispensing Learning and using our office software A health insurance stipend is available after a probationary period.
Optician skills would be helpful but not necessary.
Other assests that are benficial:
organizational skills, upbeat attitude, basic computer ability for data entry Salary depends on your personality and skills dealing with patients and insurance billing and has a minimum of $40K per year plus monthly bonuses.
