You will work with the rest of the IT Team to provide outstanding customer service to the company. This includes technical support for Alterra Mountain Company's employees including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop software and hardware for personal computing devices. This position will serve as an interface between corporate team members and the technology department. Additionally, you will have extensive interaction with Alterra Mountain Company's executive leadership team and be a first responder to Audio/Video issues that occur in the Denver office conference rooms.ESSENTIAL DUTIESGeneral
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality first tier end-user support and customer service to helpdesk tickets for corporate employees including VIP technical support for Alterra Mountain Company's executive leadership team as neededTriage helpdesk tickets quickly and accurately with detailed notesSupport, repair, configure, and upgrade Windows and Mac desktop and laptop workstationsProvide basic support and troubleshooting of Ricoh copying, scanning, and printing technologies.Provide a seamless onboarding/offboarding process by ensuring that IT hardware, software, and associated accounts and access are provisioned/deprovisioned for new hires or leaving employeesAdminister software license entitlements, maintaining and updating inventory as requiredTroubleshoot A/V equipment and assist users with meeting technology setup and configuration including the technical support setup and special user requirements for special events such as large meetings/town halls and conference rooms as neededProvide regular reporting regarding usage, resources, problems, changes and other technical utilization statistics as neededWork with operations, systems, and network teams as appropriate to determine and resolve issues and serve as primary point of contactMove and re-configure hardware to accommodate personnel changes and needsAssist with maintaining a detailed inventory for all corporate IT assets and ensures proper technical inventory levels are kept and alerts proper team members of low inventoriesProvide mobile device and VOIP phone supportMaintain technical standards and processesOther duties as assignedCOMPETENCIES & JOB REQUIREMENTSExemplary customer service and communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge and experience managing Windows PC and Mac laptop and desktop computers in an enterprise Active Directory domain environment, including system deployment/imaging and specifically SCCM/OSD, Intune, and JamfKnowledge and experience managing Active Directory users, computers, and security groups.Some knowledge of network infrastructure concepts including enterprise WiFi, wired/ethernet switching and cabling, IP addressing.Understanding of Microsoft Office suite and M365 integration with OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and TeamsExperience managing user file shares, file services, and related technologiesKnowledge of enterprise video conferencing specifically Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)Experience with computer room / data center racking, cabling, power, and basic device troubleshootingProficient in communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.Penchant for problem solving, persistence, and creativity in finding solutions to difficult issues.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEPreferred:2-year degree in a technical field or equivalent work experienceWORK EXPERIENCERequired:2

CertificationThe base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
