Summary:
The Director of Warehouse and Fleet is responsible for and supervises the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and our gas warehouses used by the organization.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Oversees maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities.
Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business.
Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
Maintains the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment and/or materials.
Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Provides recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
Collaborates with other appropriate management staff to prepare and implement budget; collaborates with Senior Leadership to identify priorities and desired upgrades.
Maintains accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and mandatory safety training.
Develops and manages process for equipment maintenance and parts replacement.
Develops and implements mandatory and recommended safety training related to warehouse work and equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Thorough understanding of moving equipment used in the warehouse.
Thorough understanding of procedures and policies used in the warehouse.
Math and reading skills required to understand manuals and prepare reports or budgets.
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
Ability to maintain basic records and warranties.
Ability to understand written directions in manuals and on manufacturer websites.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least five years of experience in warehouse operations and equipment required.
At least two years of experience as team leader highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.

Compensation:
$115,000-140,000/ year (DOE) Primoris Services Corporation (PSC) , provides competitive market pay, with a comprehensive benefit package that includes:
