Job Description:
The Corporate AP Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and employee expenses.
The Corporate AP Analyst will report to and work closely with the Senior Manager of Process Design and SOX and will work with others in the organization.
The Day to Day:
Process and review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Prepare bi-weekly payment runs and wire transfers to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Administer the employee expense platform, including troubleshooting expense-related issues and providing support to users.
Ensure employee expense reports are prepared and approved, and ensure reimbursements are made in a timely manner.
Assist in month-end close.
Participate in strategic financial projects including upgrades/phase-two implementation of ERP software.
Assist with providing documentation to external auditors.
Is This You? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related field 2
years of Accounts Payable experience Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience working with a major ERP system (SAP) required SAP, Concur, and/or Coupa experience a plus Intermediate to advanced Excel experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Deadline-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively For applicants residing in CO, the salary range for this role is from $63,000-$78,000.
