Denver, CO Denver, CO Full-time Full-time $58 - $69 an hour $58 - $69 an hour 4 hours ago 4 hours ago 4 hours ago Remote in the US Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end marketing automation and email processes Work with stakeholders to translate communication content into journeys; accurately implement logic to ensure the right message reaches the right customer segments at the right time.
Lead the development of repeatable templates and processes that advance capabilities and streamline campaign efficiencies.
Work closely across partners in the Marketing, Brand, Operations, Legal, Design, Data and Technology teams A/B Test different email aspects to improve engagement.
Build out segments based on campaign needs.
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
Work to grow the leads email list.
Requirements 3-5 years of email and lifecycle marketing experience Strategic CRM experience, preferred Salesforce Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; other ESP experience a plus Demonstrated experience running experiments and A/B testing to drive actionable insights Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Customer obsessed.
Willing to go the extra mile to build the the right customer experience Highly collaborative working style; optimistic attitude in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal SQL experience for creating customer segments and lists a plus Lead day-to-day communications work and ad hoc needs, as well as planning and executing large communications projects.
