Position
Summary:
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for development of contact strategies for B2C customers and, B2B emails, for Tribute Technology products and services.
This includes creating and executing email marketing campaigns and analyzing data to optimize future campaigns.
The Email Marketing Specialist supports product conversion, sales growth, and loyalty and customer retention.
Responsibilities:
Creation and execution of all email campaigns, including building emails templates, asset creation and coordination, running data segmentation reports, scheduling and reporting on results Identify standard customer journeys and develop triggered campaigns including onboarding and post-purchase Create and execute effective lead generating campaigns to support key products and initiatives Create content to support the customer journey as needed Ensure emails are on brand, mobile-friendly, and proofread for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
Create and execute lead nurturing, cross-sell, win-back, loyalty, retention & transactional email campaigns Identify assets and landing pages needed for campaigns and contribute to collection or creation of assets Create and execute A/B tests, report on results and identify areas of improvement Develop reporting for campaign and impact on campaign goals (sales lift, conversion improvements, database growth, data enrichment, etc.
) Develop KPI reports that tell the story behind the data to non-technical team members Education and
Experience:
Post secondary education required, college degree preferred 3
years of experience managing email campaigns for E-Commerce with 3
years of experience with CRM like Salesforce or GoHighLevel required Experience mapping customer journeys for email triggers, segmentation, and behavior and interest targeting CAN-SPAM laws and ADA compliance Understanding of email marketing best practices and proactive drive to explore emerging technologies Proficient with Excel, Photoshop/Lightroom, web analytics tools Travel:
Drive occasionally for events, meetings, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
