5 Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description Kentwood's Marketing Director is responsible for developing marketing strategies that support the company's business objectives.
The Marketing Director develops and implements programs and policies that support and maximize brand recognition for the company as well as individual agents.
The Marketing Director manages marketing programs & staff.
Duties:
Manage all company marketing & communication plans and functions.
Manage company relationship & strategy with public engagement agency.
Develop and maintain a balanced budget for all corporate advertising, marketing and communications initiatives.
Establish and maintain a professional, trained and motivated staff through effective team building, performance and career-development programs.
Research and stay up to date on the latest programs, technologies, and industry trends and how they apply to the needs of the company and agents.
Identify, assess, develop, promote, and maintain profitable marketing products and services and marketing programs that support the organization's business and sales goals and/or create new revenue opportunities.
Assess, establish and maintain outside agency and vendor relationships to effectively support corporate initiatives.
Attend industry and network events locally and nationally.
Provide relevant real estate industry trends, statistics, and reports to agents and clients.
Regularly attend office sales meetings and promote marketing initiatives and best practices.
Provide support & ideas to cultivate agent's individual marketing needs.
Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing strategies for the company.
Support the Director of Agent Services in planning company events.
Company and agent website maintenance Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong business computer skills.
Strong understanding of real estate social media and digital and video marketing Financial skills to manage the operational budget.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Effective interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
Possess a high level of creativity, imagination and entrepreneurial spirit.
Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects May require basic knowledge of HTML and Web Graphics.
May require skills in design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Willingness to travel when necessary.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Advanced management and marketing training.
Experience:
Eight years of related experience in a marketing/advertising environment, including three years supervisory / management responsibilities.
Position requires real estate sales experience or real estate related marketing, brokerage management or other real estate experience.
Salary Range $100,000 - $125,000 plus discretionary bonus Great benefits package including PTO, 10
holidays, medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, life insurance, short and long term disability insurance.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
