This person will serve as the main point of contact for the Broker (Client Broker) playing a key role for the overall workings of Level Up's systems, records, listings, and everyday tasks to assist our broker client's business and keep it running smoothly.
This includes relaying important messages to the Broker, scheduling Broker meetings, managing signs and collateral to listings, running multiple calendars, and systematizing information in the Broker client databases.
In addition, being able to coordinate events using digital marketing and social media.
Must be a team player and able and ready to assist other team members or Brokers as needed.
Applicants should be decisive, thorough, organized, detailed, excellent communicators ready to serve our Brokers and team at a high level and more.
Qualifications:
Active experienced Broker in the state of Colorado with current E&O insurance Will need to carry their own E&O insurance level as all other Level Up REAs Understanding and awareness of current compliance updates of Colorado approved contracts, addendums, documents, and rules and regulations Incredibly service-oriented attitude with a reliable work ethic Strong understanding of CRM and customer-facing software including Rezora Very strong written and verbal communication skills Independently seeking out answers when necessary A comfort level in handling high volume business Flexible and can take on projects of all natures Personable and excited to work closely with the entire team Exceptional social media skills including, but not limited to creating weekly original content, managing content, and communicating with clients
Responsibilities:
The assistant, along with members of the team, ensures unmatched service to create a unique experience for Level Up Brokers and guests This High-Level Executive Assistant is in charge of the workings of the systems, records, listings, and everyday tasks that keep the business running smoothly Systems include the Team's contact database, organizing workflow, and budgeting Records include maintaining the organization of the transactions, files, and all other documentation in a timely manner Listings include the organization, scheduling, and execution of all components necessary to get the Team's listings to market and subsequently to the closing table Everyday tasks vary depending on the housing market and generally include maintaining the Team's technology/equipment, booking appointments, serving clients via phone and email, and running various errands to best serve the Team's clients Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Running errands, following up on whatever is requested of the Broker Maintain the culture and customer care experience to ensure business growth and referral collection from past, current, and future clients Planning events for Brokers
