At Amazon Business (AB) we're hiring a Manager to lead a team of Strategic Adoption Managers within AB's Strategic Accounts organization.
The Strategic Adoption team engages in a wide variety of initiatives that align to our Customers' strategic goals and help them maximize the value they receive from AB.
Our team is looking for an accomplished manager to lead the SAM team to think big, dive deep, and deliver results for our AB's largest Customers.
Our team collaborates across the entire AB organization to bring access to product, service, and training teams, to deliver the right solutions and drive feature innovations for our Customers across all industries.
Role and
Responsibilities:
The Manager is responsible for the performance of a team of Strategic Adoption Managers (SAMs) each with a portfolio of Customers with multiple, concurrent Customer projects that vary in size and scope.
The Manager is accountable for the following (but not limited to):
Coach, mentor, and manage a team of Strategic Adoption Managers (SAMs) to deliver key sales input/output metrics Set vision and goals while driving teams to achieve Customers' business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, and action items Collaborate with Sales, ProServe and other internal partner team leaders to understand our Customer's needs, their business, how success is defined, and ensure that we are helping the SAM team deliver tangible value for the Customer Earn trust of various Customer and internal stakeholders which consists of senior leadership teams (C-level execs, SVP/VP, Directors) and project level resources such as SMEs Work with individuals, teams or multiple groups involved in the program including internal as well as Customer stakeholders as needed Improve team processes and productivity, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance Provide timely, clear and concise and complete communications to team and Amazon Business Leadership Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment under pressure and deliver.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
