Lucas Group has partnered with a rapidly growing construction and renovation company in their search for a Vice President of Human Resources.This role with help build and implement policies and procedures in high-growth, heavy M environment.The right fit for this role should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be experience with supporting a hyper-growth environment.They should have experience in recruiting, training, and coaching.Experience with private equity and mergers and acquisitions would be helpful and experience supporting a heavy multi-site environment is needed.Experience from larger corporate environments with large populations who understand the processes and is comfortable with ambiguity is also desired.The company has a great culture and this role is remote as long as they can travel to support the sites nationally.This role would interact regularly with the ELT and would be looked at as a potential successor to the CHRO.-Lead and promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values-Plan, develop and evaluate the HR function and performance-Lead the development and oversight of the talent management, success planning and training and development programs for key leaders and management-Develop and manage HR budget and other financial measure of the HR department-Oversee development and administration of competitive benefit and compensation programs-Evaluate and advise the impact of long term planning of new programs and strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of resources-Additional projects as necessaryRequirements:
-Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred-7
years progressive HR experience-Experience working in a high-growth environment with multiple sites-Experience with M or PE preferred
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
