Opportunity Overview The Talent Development Senior Professional is responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing employee programs and processes that help the organization live our core values, execute our business strategies, and deliver on our employee value proposition. Applicants can expect to make between $89,000 to $122,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan. This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement in which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some workdays performed remotely from the employee's home. The schedule of remote work will be based on business and work needs as determined by management. Your Day-to-Day:
Measure organization effectiveness through stay and exit interviews, focus groups and workforce data analytics Lead the D&I Council and work with the Corp Comm team to raise awareness of JM's commitment to D&I. Develop and implement D&I programs including company-wide training, diversity organization partnerships, employee resource groups and mentoring programs Assess needs and coordinate delivery of corporate-sponsored HR trainings (using third party trainers or other employee trainers). Examples include new manager training, front-line leadership and Crucial Conversations. Develop and implement formal and informal feedback programs. Develop and deliver career pathing programs. Partner with the talent acquisition team to market position openings to internal employees. Responsible for corporate onboarding program. Facilitate WHQ new hire orientation. Leverage Workday Learning to curate learning content for JM employees. Act as an administrator for Workday Learning system. Assist the Sr. Manager Org Performance and Development in the design and administration of leadership development programs; help coordinate with third party vendors to provide content. Ownership of the internship program including partnering with the talent acquisition team and targeted colleges / universities to create a more diverse talent pipeline. Work with the talent acquisition team to maintain an employee value proposition aligned with business needs that attracts and retains employees What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience Solid knowledge of organizational and leadership development practices Solid facilitation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Customer focused perspective Excellent interpersonal skills Proven success initiating change Strong influencing skills Experience with Workday is a plus Minimal travel required (0 -- 11 days per year) Work environment is typical of an office setting Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions. Salary Range:
$80K -- $150K

Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
