As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leveraging digital and customer analytics and industry best practices to drive growth for the Johns Manville Building Insulation business through our channel partners. The Marketing Manager will provide reporting, conduct analyses, gather detailed requirements, make recommendations, thoroughly test and implement best practices to optimize the customer's journey throughout our integrated technology channels and at the point of purchase aisle store level. Applicants can expect to make between $86,000 to $118,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan. This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement in which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some workdays performed remotely from the employee's home. Responsibilities:
Proactively explore and expand working knowledge of leading practices for effective retail marketing to drive engagement throughout the channel. Understand market drivers and business goals to implement and leverage digital technology functionality to provide improved customer experience Gather and translate business requirements, utilize prototypes, test and deploy solutions across all marketing tactics and platforms Manage one direct report while indirectly managing the internal team of digital and content creation resources Additional responsibilities assigned based upon projects and priorities Requirements:
Bachelors' degree, 7
years of professional work experience and 5
years of marketing experience Experience working with and optimizing ecommerce platforms Background in store signage and promotional marketing tactics Recommend SEO approaches and measure effectiveness, with quantitative analysis skills Experience working with Big Box retailers such as Home Depot or Lowes Experience managing large trade shows and events Experience with web analytics, CMS, and CRMs Ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously Marketing or advertising agency experience a plus but not mandatory Travel up to 30% of time Incumbent must be physically able to perform essential job functions. $80K -- $150K
