Opportunity Overview As the Digital Workplace Process Manager, you will be working in a global, collaborative, dynamic environment where you be immersed in how work is performed at Johns Manville, engage with and influence leaders on opportunities, and develop strategies to manage the successful transformation of the Digital Experience for our employees. The Digital Workplace Business Process Manager will establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to baseline organizational performance and build the essential plans and roadmaps to drive performance improvements and value to Johns Manville. The ideal candidate is versatile by providing value with a wide variety of responsibilities, staying abreast of the rapidly evolving innovations within Microsoft 365, and assessing/prioritizing opportunities that will bring the most value to Johns Manville. Applicants can expect to make between $103,000 to $141,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan. This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement in which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some workdays performed remotely from the employee's home. The schedule of remote work will be based on business and work needs as determined by management. Your Day-to-Day:
Assess and detail high-level processes and functional needs across the enterprise, prioritize and manage the execution of JM's Digital Workplace Roadmap. Understand the employee segments (personas) at Johns Manville and creates appropriate strategies to drive adoption and value for those segments Manages and develops the team and program initiatives to successfully deliver measurable value to Johns Manville Develops key performance indicators to monitor trends, track user adoption, identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize employee performance using the Microsoft 365 or appropriate platform. Cultivate a culture of collaborative continuous improvement. Facilitates decisions on Microsoft 365 application policy and governance with the product owners and JM IT Microsoft 365 Governance Committee members to enable long-term sustainability and value from JM's investment in the Microsoft 365 platform. Builds and maintains champions in the organization by building relationships with business stakeholders to collaborate on strategies to drive continuous adoption by the employee population. Manages the renewal and ongoing procurement of Microsoft 365 licenses globally. Establishes processes to optimize the subscription/tools with the different personas in the organization. Support and contribute to the business case development process for investments that are part of the Digital Workplace strategy and roadmap Manage and optimize system support processes through self-service solutions, training, and effective troubleshooting processes What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 applications and services. Demonstrated success in managing a team that supports a large customer population. Demonstrated success managing medium to large-sized projects. Ability to successfully manage multiple work streams simultaneously. Ability to understand and manage budgets. Excellent leadership and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact professionally at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Microsoft Certifications Project Management Certifications User Experience (UX) Experience Additional Notes Minimal travel -- (0 -- 10 days per year) The work environment is typical of a hybrid office setting with three days working at the corporate headquarters and two days working remotely (home office).
