Facilities Manager
Description Job Overview:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of multiple office facilities used by Primoris Renewable Energy. In addition to facilities management, this role will also serve as the Office Manager, overseeing the Administrative staff, implementing procedures, and maintaining administrative systems. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Manages office security and protocols Maintains ongoing communication with contractors, clients and team Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events Handles after-hour and weekend urgent requests/emergencies Manages the work of the administrative team while also providing guidance and coaching as necessary Coordinates office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency Oversees and supports all administrative duties in the office and ensures the office is operating smoothly Assists with office layout planning and office moves Provides other administrative and facilities support as needed. Qualifications:

years of Facilities Management experience required Must be available after-hours for urgent and emergent requests Knowledge of operating requirements and safety precautions related to facilities management Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures Proven Office Management experience including management of others Facility Management certification preferred.
