Oracle Cloud Integration Team Lead The Oracle Cloud Integration Lead will be responsible for leading multiple functional sub-teams to design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud capability (HR, Benefits, limited Payroll, Interfaces, Report, Data Conversion). Require hands on leadership style to assist with functional configuration associated with benefits, payroll, reporting, interface, and data conversion capability. This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, demos, designs, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support. Must Have Requirements:

year's experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll and Benefits solutions, including experience as a Lead over a broad array of functional and technical teams Human Resources business process knowledge Oracle HCM & Payroll Cloud configuration experience Experience managing functional and technical streams as part of a complex solution design, build and deployment Strong leadership and functional
technical experience Candidates MUST qualify for a Public Trust clearance. PubTrust background will be started after onboarding COVID 19 Vaccination Requirements:

$100K -- $150K
