We are seeking a talented, high-energy Manager, Product Software Engineering, with experience defining and building out SaaS healthcare products. Reporting to Director, Technology this is a hand-on technical management role that will be critical in helping the organization reach its development goals. This person has excellent management, technical, and communication skills and can work closely with product management in the definition and delivery of all aspects of our products as well as coach peers and subordinates to achieve improved culture and professional growth. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Drive talent recruiting and development, ensuring employees are challenged and successful. Set, evaluate, and manage performance goals for the team members. Assist in recruiting and interviewing of new hires. Administratively manage and mentor team of software engineers. Track/manage employee performance and set career development goals. Supervise and direct work assignments of team members. Provide proactive technical guidance ensuring team is fostering re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency of solutions. Perform code reviews to ensure that all technical solutions meet the highest standards of testability, scalability, and extensibility. Define, analyze, evaluate, and review the requirements for new applications or modifications to existing applications for appropriate functionality and performance. Directly contribute to coding, testing and other sprint activities (Player/Coach) Assist Professional Services and Sales in gaining and supporting business. Support primary and secondary operational support team members, facilitate product incident management, coordinate maintenance, security vulnerability remediation, infrastructure, etc. Collaborate across department and company to ensure that work is dynamically prioritized, well executed, and highly transparent. Manage cross-project escalations, issues, risks, and dependencies. Remain current with evolving industry trends and technologies related to software and test automation development. Oversee definition and design of detailed technical specifications used to develop and improve applications. Oversee system architecture definition and review. Actively participate in staff and company meetings. Estimate time and resources required to complete assigned tasks and larger projects. Experience 5
years of experience managing, coaching, and leading senior level and mid-level software engineers on multi-functional teams for a SaaS software company. 8
years progressive work experience developing n-tiered, sophisticated Java, object-oriented applications (more than a single application). 2
years leading Agile development teams. Experience working with distributed teams a plus. Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines. Competence working on large complex projects, including managing multiple interdependent internal and technology partner teams. Interpersonal And Technical Skills Leadership - Strong technology leadership skills to drive successful project execution, coaching, vision, and group alignment to solve complex challenges. Technologist - Knowledge and interest in the latest system architecture, automation, and data management trends with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new technology. Ability to dynamically adjust a plan, to resolve resource contention as well as to meet changing business needs. Calm under pressure. Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications Experience utilizing cloud native technologies to deliver software solutions a plus. Industry experience in the health care sector is a plus. Approaches work with a strong sense of urgency and leads team to have the same drive. Excellent written and oral communication skills. $110,600 - $158,000

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
