Job summaryThe The Sr.
Instructional Designer will create and project manage Sales Incentive Compensation content resources for teams within the SIC Organization to ensure an end to end training program for the AWS sales organization.
The ideal candidate will be creative, organized and tech savvy with experience in developing and managing a consistent program from content to delivery.
Will need be responsible to build relationships with the WWRO Sales Enablement, Training, & Communications (ETC) team to understand the requirements necessary for the SIC training programs to be included in the AWS Sales training portfolio and platform.

Instructional Designer will bring rigor to content lifecycle management, from how we capture SIC plans, processes and tools to how we deliver the content to our audiences.
They will be responsible for developing high-quality content in multiple formats as needed by the WWRO ETC team.
The role requires deep collaboration with SMEs including senior level leaders across multiple disciplines/functional roles.
This individual will help to drive a self-service approach, addressing knowledge gaps to reduce customer inquiries.
In addition, the individual will work with sales operations organizations to identify what SIC content is currently published, on which sites, and then determine, where the content should be located and who the owner is--goal is to have all SIC information located in one place with links on other sites.
Training content will need to be developed for reps, managers and sales operations, which will require variations on the content.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
They must be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards and measuring the impact of the learning experiences they build.

Key job responsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities will include:
o Build, design and manage a library of written and multimedia content.
o Develop scalable modules to maximize content re-use and ensure training programs are consistent and ready for a potentially global audience.
o Develop scripts for production of videos for training or other purposes.
o Consult as a writing expert on documents and training material.
o Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.
o Facilitate scoping meetings with subject-matter-experts and technical project leads.
o Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability.
o Develop assessments that measure learner outcomes.
o Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the organization by being a trusted advisor, facilitator and creative problem solver.
Implement continuous improvements to the SIC and sales organization and the program management process.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
