Job summaryThe Worldwide Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement (SSOE) team is building the future of sales.
As a member of the WW Sales Strategy team, you will be focused on defining the right sales motions to increase adoption of Amazon Web Services and helping hyper-growth technology companies innovate and grow.
You will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of our engagement with organizations across the world who have not yet adopted the AWS platform.
This candidate will be a key business stakeholder and partner for the sales leadership of this organization.
You will collaborate with AWS marketing, partner, business development, account management, inside sales, demand generation and other internal organizations to provide a seamless experience for our customers, engaging leaders across Commercial Sales to develop and implement plans to help customers adopt AWS at scale.
The Greenfield Sales Strategy Principal will build and experiment with org-wide go-to-market strategies and scale best practices across the Geo teams.
This includes segmentation, sales resourcing models, go-to-market, amongst other topics.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with Greenfield sales leaders to better understand the needs of potential and new customers and how our customers adopt our solutions, gather best practices, conduct analysis and ultimately determine how to apply these learnings at scale into the Go-to-Market model.

The candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, simplifying where there's complexity, and has the foresight to anticipate business needs, make trade-offs, and balance business dynamics despite constraints.
Key job responsibilitiesYou should have experience with building and executing new customer acquisition sales strategies.
The ideal candidate has broad technical skills, strong financial acumen, sales strategy and program management experience, and a deep analytical background.
Strong judgement as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.
Drive strategy and GTM decisions by identifying and prioritizing the highest impact opportunities while advancing leadership alignment across the organization.
Propose new sales motions considering direct and indirect routes to market.
Develop and land bottoms-up and top-down strategies inclusive of Area alignment and Greenfield sales focus priorities Conduct research, develop analysis and synthesize learnings to create and support recommendations that drive change to the sales model or in support of strategic GTM programs and transformation initiatives.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
