Regional F & I Products Manager at Subaru of America in Denver, CO
This position, covering the Western Region, is responsible for representing our F & I product suite to our retailer network. Subaru Added Security products include our Vehicle Service Agreement, Maintenance and Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles as well as our Equity Shield:
GAP, Tire & Wheel, Dent & Ding, Windshield Protection and Key Replacement. Candidate will interact with our retailer network and Field sales team to advance participation, train retailers in delivering a superior customer experience and increase sales of these products. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and five years automotive retail experience, with emphasis on finance and insurance sales. Candidate must be competitive, action-oriented, professional and able to quickly build credibility both with field team and retailers; must be able to conduct hands-on training covering product knowledge and best practice processes; must be self-motivated and operate independently without much direct supervision. Excellent written and oral communications skills along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are necessary. Prior training experience a plus. Position requires extensive travel throughout the Western Region.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
