This position is responsible for managing software development/support teams for our client within their Public Sector development organization. We are looking for an experience professional, accountable to deliver comprehensive support and quality development projects for multiple applications. This role is both management and hands-on, requiring the individual to bring deep technical and software expertise. Responsibilities:
o Manage a team of developers onshore and offshore. o Lead developer candidate interviews and hiring decisions for both full time employees and contractors. o Assist employees in building and managing their development plans. o Remain abreast of industry software technology, software development and support techniques. o Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new cloud-based software solutions o Ensure the best solution is designed and implemented on time in a fast-moving lean agile software development environment. o Other duties as assigned. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field or the equivalent in training and experience. o Strong understanding of software development & micro-service architecture patterns. o 5
years of proven development / software engineering experience in an Enterprise environment. o Experience leading a team of software developers. o Track record of fast learning and adaption to the new technology and environment. o Should be proficient developing software using Java and JavaScript. o Experience building and integrating with billing systems. o Experience and expertise in the telecommunications industry. o Strong communication skills. $200K -- $500K+

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
