Nextiva is looking for a Channel Campaign & Programs Manager to join our Channel Marketing team. In this role you would be responsible for increasing revenue through channel partner sales by enabling channel partners to generate demand within their customer and prospect base, through the creation of campaigns that drive demand with their customers. This role works across our Marketing and Sales teams to harness our business value and transform it into content that is a fit for channel partner amplification. In addition, this role is responsible for acquiring new strategic partnerships and grow partner contributed revenue. Responsibilities:
Own the overall field marketing budget and campaign strategy & plan for achieving quarterly pipeline targets across all U.S. regions. Understand Nextiva' channel partners' business objectives, go-to-market approach, and use this insight to build to-partner and through-partner marketing campaigns Identify and onboard new partners through data analysis & data mapping of external partner data sources Develop integrated and comprehensive marketing plans with Field Marketing Managers in support of key channel sales and marketing initiatives Work with marketing managers from our product marketing team to adapt existing campaigns to serve the channel audience Drive collaboration with strategic partners' marketing counterparts to plan, develop and execute agreed upon marketing and communications projects Regularly meet with sales, partners, and partner management to understand impact on current business and market trends and to ensure that programs meet their needs Provide timely and relevant channel-enablement communications, promotions, and education for new product launches Manage budget and provide accurate forecasting of all Marketing Funds across the range of Partner accounts and Vendors Organize, refresh, and continuously manage Nextiva content in the partner portal Continuously evaluate the impact of partner programs and the utilization of program benefits by qualifying partners Report impact of Channel Marketing activities, including determined OKRs and ROI Use internal and external customer feedback and performance data to optimize marketing mix and budget
Qualifications:
Deep understanding of Channel Partners' business, challenges, and opportunities Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience with channel marketing. Telecom or SaaS industry strongly preferred Hands on experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems such as SFDC and Pardot Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences Strong interpersonal skills:
ability to work well with other team members, product management, sales, customers, etc. Proven ability to demonstrate value, build consensus and gain buy-in from stakeholders Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities History of budget management and demonstrated ability to work within fixed budgetary guidelines Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets Proven ability to work independently and prioritize time in alignment with business priorities.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
