SENIOR PARALEGAL - SIMPSON HOUSING CORPORATE OFFICES - DENVER, CO (Denver Tech Center) This key member of our corporate legal team will be responsible for:
Providing litigation support to outside counsel Conducting legal research on projects as requested Responding to discovery requests and review pleadings for accuracy Providing relevant information and legal support on insurance claims Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents for appropriate entities Providing due diligence support for real estate and finance department as needed Assisting with evidence preservation efforts Assisting with investigation of legal matters with direction from counsel Acting as liaison between outside counsel and onsite employees Qualifications Candidates who apply should have:
Bachelor's degree preferred Paralegal Certification 10
years of related legal experience Litigation support experience Experience working with third party insurance administrator and understanding of insurance coverages and SIR (Self Insured Retention)
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Legal & RegulatoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
