Description Overview:
The Senior IT Project Coordinator is responsible for working and collaborating with the Busines Partners and other key team members to ensure team and project deliverables are achieved. This role will be required to work across IT, Finance, Purchasing, and many other groups to ensure the overall portfolio is managed appropriately and that any communications are timely. In addition to project and program level responsibilities, this role will also be responsible for the management of entire IT Intern program. In this capacity, the Sr. IT Project Coordinator will ensure that all interns are onboarded, mentored, assigned plans and managed in a common manner.
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks for various members of the leadership team as required Work with Finance and Purchasing to ensure billing, invoicing, and ordering of goods and services are completed appropriately. Work with Early Talent to onboard Interns for all of IT and put in place the appropriate procedures to drive a successful Intern program Work as an extension of the project and program teams to complete tasks as necessary and assigned Schedule, create agendas, create content, and facilitate various team meetings Manage the purchasing team supplies, computer equipment, etc for members of the Leadership Team Manage action items and follow up from team and project meetings Build out and maintain the necessary processes and procedures to ensure a consistent and successful IT Intern program. This should include, but not limited to, interviews, pre-screening, A3 plans, mentor and manager assignments, hackathon coordination, etc Qualifications Qualifications :
Experience working in a CRO or Pharma organization 10
years of administrative assistant and/or project coordination experience Work in a collaborative team environment and also able to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be a team-player, punctual and reliable, dependable, and flexible in adapting to change in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced work environment Ability to collaborate and work across multiple teams and departments within the organization to achieve the desired outcomes Previous experience successfully implementing and running an IT Intern program.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
