Responsibilities:
Provide tours of prospective new offices / relocations Work with Kleinfelder's national real estate broker on tours, RFPs, and some deal negotiations Provide lease administration using our ProLease software Interact with area manager assistants on property maintenance issues Requirements:
BS in real estate, finance or business administration 7 years experience, preferably at national real estate brokerage Extensive travel - 50 to 60% This position will be required to work on projects requiring full vaccination from COVID-19, and you will be required to show proof of vaccination or an acceptable exemption in order to work on the project. The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range:
$64,967-$108,299
Salary Range:
$80K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Construction & Real EstateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
