About the Role You will develop and expand new business, retain clients, and close business by delivering five-star customer service. You will have the ability to make decisions and advocate for your customers. Commercial Banking is a significant revenue-producing line of business, serving middle-market organizations. You will analyze a company's performance, monitor those on-going relationships, and generate revenue by selling the full breadth of our products and services in your local community. Uncovering and structuring an opportunity, serving the client, and meeting bank requirements will be integral to your role. What You Can Expect You will work with your team to develop and execute a comprehensive relationship management and business development plan for customers and prospects. Your time will be focused on developing new business, working with senior leaders to maintain existing relationships, identifying opportunities and solutions, and evaluating credit requests. You will serve as the clients' primary link to all financial services across the bank, including treasury services, wealth management products, and deposit offerings. How You'll Spend Your Time You'll prospect, network, develop new business, and cross-sell our services. You'll participate in community and professional activities to enhance our image and expand your network of business contacts to develop new business. You'll partner with credit on the approval, documentation, and booking processes. Analyzing and evaluating credit requests, writing loan commitments, and recommending appropriate risk rating and issue declinations. You'll monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including credit renewal, review detailed analysis of current financial statements and collateral valuations, cash flow analysis, managing delinquencies, and document exceptions. You'll compile reporting to monitor asset, credit quality, and compliance with policy/regulation and determine appropriate action for wire transfers. We'd Like to Talk to You BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

Education & Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' experience in a commercial lending environment or 11-13 years' equivalent experience. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Banking, Loans & InsuranceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
