Can you embrace change working in an agile environment with shifting business priorities? We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. Duties:
Perform in-depth analysis of business processes. Evaluate multiple potential solutions and determine the most feasible approach. Interact with stakeholders and users to break down high-level requirements into user stories Work with business users to reproduce bugs Act as the liaison between the business teams and the engineering team. Understand how to translate between business and technical terms. Own a project from approval to delivery, including reporting of progress. Regularly engage with the engineering team to resolve questions, chase down answers, test applications and manage enabling new features. Embrace automation and scripting. Create and maintain documentation for application functionality. Provide support on custom applications to business associates and clients. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, computer-related field or equivalent experience. 5 years of Business Analyst experience Experience working in an Kanban or Scrum environment with JIRA, including reporting. 3
years SQL experience. Ability to write simple queries and understand relational data. Detail-oriented and committed to seeing things through. Self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively, proactively research and solve problems Ideal candidates will have the following:
Strong financial services experience, specifically in areas of NAV accounting or fund administration. Strong technical ability:
including the ability to look at code, understand what it does, and experience with code testing tools. Knowledge of architectural patterns including web-based, event-driven and batch-based. Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message to the audience. Compensation:
The compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 (This position is eligible to participate in a company bonus plan and stock program.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
