eDiscovery Specialist (Denver, CO)

Full /time (Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m./flex) eDiscovery Specialist needed for law office in Denver, CO. The successful candidate should be goal oriented, able to work independently, be highly organized with an attention to detail, have a strong work ethic. Must dress and communicate professionally and work well in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and be dedicated to providing the highest quality Legal support services to clients.
Skills/
Experience:
- Scan legal documents and process the data through third party software
- Using OCR, extracting text, converting files for processing and working with metadata
- Create and trouble shoot load files for Summation and/or Concordance
- Knowledge of eCapture is preferred
- Knowledge of LAW or other third party software for managing scanned Legal documents is
also a plus.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing high level technical support in a fast paced legal environment
- Working closely with Paralegals, Secretaries and Attorneys through the eDiscovery process.
- Prepping legal documents for copying and/or imaging
- eDiscovery functions using third party software
- Assistance with Mail distribution and hospitality as/if needed
The ideal candidate should have familiarity with common litigation documents, have a strong work ethic and be highly organized with an attention to detail. Must dress and communicate professionally, work well independently in a fast- paced environment.
Compensation: $25/hrEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
