Review, revise, draft, negotiate and advise on sophisticated and complex contracts, such as: service, sales, marketing/advertising, distribution, product resale, professional service, partner and vendor agreements, etc. Work closely with all levels of management personnel to provide practical business solutions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
