Position will entail reviewing customer MSA''s, NDA''s and RFP''s, providing summaries of customer specifications/obligations to ensure compliance and appropriate legal and financial risk, performance of technical duties including development, creation and maintenance of contracts. Ideally seeking paralegal or associate attorney with over 5 years of technical, IT, or software contracts administration. This position could also eventually allow for work from home.
